「ランチプレゼンテーション会」発足 'Lunch Presentation Meeting' launched

（通称：LP(エルピ)会）

主旨：大きなイベントを待たずに、日本人学生と留学生との間で「日ごろの交流」をはかる、という目的とする。また、発表内容を話のネタとして、日本と外国に関する知識を深めると同時に、プレゼンテーションの技を磨く機会を与える。可能である限り、毎週、昼休みの時、留学生や日本人学生に集合して貰い、各自で用意するランチを食べながら実施したいと考えている。

実施内容
会場：幸町キャンパス、大学会館２階

日時：出来る限り、毎週、月曜日、12:05～12:45

発表時間：12:10～12:30　（20分）

Q&A：12:30～12:40　（10分）

言語：日本語か英語（原則は、留学生は日本語、日本人学生は英語）

発表者：原則は１名（場合によって２名までOK）

発表方法：パワーポイント2007

テーマ：自由（例：出身国の紹介、生まれ町あるいは田舎の祭り、自慢郷土料理など。工夫：発表日にちは日本の祭り・祭日と重なりそう場合、それをテーマにする）

コーディネーター：ロン

主催：留学生センター　共催：ICES香川大学異文化交流会、KUFSA香川大学留学生会

パソコン：各自で持参

プロジェクター：ロン提供

部屋使用の申請・準備：アイセス

参加者：本学の学生（各自用意して来るお弁当・食事を食べながら、発表を聞く）。発表者は事前にあるいは発表後、食事を取る。

Lunch Presentation Meeting

Purpose: The main aim of this event is to provide a platform for international and local students to engage one another without having to wait for a ‘big’ event. This event is also designed to give an opportunity for students to practice or enhance their presentation skills outside of the classroom. Whenever possible, we would like to plan this event once a week during the lunch break. Students are welcome to eat their lunch while listening to the presentations.

Where: 2nd Floor, University Hall, Saiwai Campus

When: Every Monday whenever possible, 12:05～12:45

Presentation time: 12:10～12:30　（20 minutes）

Q&A：12:30～12:40　（10 minutes）

Language: Japanese or English (in principle, international students present in Japanese, and Japanese students in English)

Presenter: One presenter (up to two is acceptable)

Presenting method: PowerPoint 2007

Theme: No restriction (Example: introduction of own country, festivals of hometown)

Participants: Any student of Kagawa University (Students can eat their lunches while listening to the presentations. Presenters may eat before or after the presentations)
